Many ships can be stolen in Starfield, but the Fortuna ship is something unique that you can’t steal. While you complete the mission “On the Run” , there will be lots of dialogues. You have to make some choices at the end of the quest. But still you will not be able to steal the Fortuna ship.
This quest will be available once you join the Freestar Rangers faction. The major objective for the quest is to find Marco. You can find Marco after successfully running a Red Mile. Then you can reach the Codos moon on Akila planet in the Cheyenne star system.
Fortuna is a building-like ship and it can’t be moved. It’s been created using different technologies and even crafting one similar to the Fortuna ship is not easy. So, you can only spot the Fortuna ship while meeting the NPC in Codos.
