Sakura Sakurakouji is a cheerful and delicate girl who is also a skilled martial artist. One day she spots corpses burning with blue flames and a boy her own age is standing near them. She goes to investigate but finds nothing. But later the same boy joins her class as a new transfer student.
Sakura starts stalking Rei Ogami, the transfer student, who is kind, sweet and quickly becomes popular. But she learns about his true nature as a government agent. She is surprised to find out that he also has some special hidden abilities that he uses to carry out the government’s secret work.
