Brock Lesnar wanted to create history as the WWE Champion entered the 2020 Royal Rumble as the first entrant.

In fact, Lesnar eliminated 13 men before the unthinkable happened.

Lesnar could have won this match and faced off against the other champion at WrestleMania or even taken the night off, however, things didn’t go as planned for the Beast.

What happened to Brock Lesnar at the 2020 Royal Rumble?

Ricochet and Drew McIntyre were in the ring as Brock Lesnar stared down the Scottish Psychopath.

The Beast had destroyed Ricochet on last week’s Raw and had pummelled the high-flyer in this match too.

However, he didn’t eliminate Ricochet as quickly as the other stars. The Beast was staring down McIntyre as the Scot looked on but there was more to come for the WWE Champion.

Ricochet hit him with a low blow and that was enough for McIntyre to take advantage. The Scot eliminated the Beast, who looked shocked outside the ring, and his dream of winning the Rumble came to an end.

The night wasn’t over for McIntyre though as he was one of the final competitors in the 2020 Royal Rumble.
