Pearson was born in 1975 and belongs to Generation X – the middle generation between Baby Boomers and Millennials. He attended Mitchell High School in Memphis where he graduated valedictorian. Following this he went on to Bowdoin College where he earned an undergraduate degree in Government & Legal Studies before being elected one of Tennessee’s youngest state representatives.
