Jack Perry signed for the AEW under the name of Jungle Boy and made his debut for the company at Double or Nothing on May 25. He went on to win the Casino Battle Royale, which got him a match for the AEW World Championship, but he lost it.
Jungle boy is the son of actor Luke Perry. Perry revealed his relationship with AEW wrestler Anna Jay on his social media handle.
Anna Marie Jernigan, Anna Jay, is an American professional wrestler and is currently signed to All Elite Wrestling. She was born in Brunswick, Georgia, the U.S, on July 15, 1998.
Jay started her wrestling journey by training at One Fall Power Factory in July 2018. But, she went through a lot as she couldn’t continue for too long as Anna suffered a shoulder injury and required surgery and was out for 4 to 6 months.
On September 1, 2019, Anna made her debut at Glacier’s charity event, “The Battle of Altama.” She debuted for Georgia Premier Wrestling and defeated Thunder Blonde in a hair vs. hair match.
Anna signed a deal with AEW and made her first appearance for All Elite Wrestling on April 1, 2020. Jay went on to team with Tay Conti in the AEW Women’s Tag Team Cup Tournament: The Deadly Draw. Unfortunately, they lost in the semi-finals. She was later introduced as a member of The Dark Order on Dynamite.
Jay was taken off due to a shoulder injury that she suffered during training. She underwent surgery and couldn’t wrestler for 6-12 months. Anna returned from injury on AEW Dynamite by saving Conti from an attack by Ford and The Bunny.
As of 2021, Anna Jay has a net worth of $1 million and receives a salary of $100,000 from AEW. Jay also makes from merchandise sales.
