Who is the wife of Anthony Smith? Is the UFC star married?

Published by

Anthony Smith is a former title challenger in the UFC but is he married and does he have a wife?

Anthony Smith can easily be called a UFC and MMA veteran as he gears up for his next fight. Lionheart as he is called, has fought for the UFC Light Heavyweight but was unable to get the belt.

He was up against the GOAT or one of the GOATs in Jon Jones, and this fight took place at UFC 235.

Smith has had his ups and down in his career, but the 35-year-old does have a bedrock next to him, his wife.

Anthony Smith is married to Mikhala Renee Newman. The pair dated for a while and Smith married his girlfriend at the time, Newman, in 2019 at a church in Nebraska.

There isn’t a lot known about Anthony Smith’s wife but she does have a nursing degree and works as a certified nurse.

That’s not all, Newman was also on her university’s volleyball team and graduated from Lutheran Liberal Arts University in Fremont, Nebraska.

The couple are also blessed with three daughters. Ariah, Avaya and Adley Joy were born in 2011, 2014, and 2017 respectively.

When and who is Anthony Smith fighting next?

Anthony Smith will be fighting Ryan Spann next in the UFC. This is a special event to be held in Singapore with the main event of The Korean Zombie and Max Holloway.

The rematch is the co-main event of the card in Singapore, and it promises to be quite a fight. Smith is one of the most experienced fighters in the MMA world. He has 54 matches under his belt in professional MMA and has 36 wins and 18 losses.

It will be interesting to see how this fight goes, especially since Spann will be looking to get revenge for the loss.
