Born in 1958 to civic activist parents, Marc Morial grew up in Pontchartrain Park in New Orleans. He graduated from Jesuit High School and founded the Student Association for Black Achievement. He later earned a degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University.
Morial served as the principal spokesman for American cities in his capacity as president of the US Conference of Mayors. He also held a number of other positions inside the company, including vice president and chairman of the art committee.
Michelle Miller is the wife of Marc Morial. She is currently working as the national correspondent for CBS News. Also, she does hosting in CBS Saturday Morning. Miller did her bachelor’s degree in journalism from Howard University and her master’s from the University of New Orleans. In her early days, she used to write for the Valley editions of the Los Angeles Times.
She has also worked for several companies during her early stages but she learned a lot and earned the position where she is right now. One of her shows, ‘The Early Edition’ became a sensational hit and was marked as the highest-rated newscast. Not only she is involved in journalism, but also she acted in the movie ‘Runaway Jury’ written by John Grisham.
Michelle and his husband have two children. His son was named Mason, who was born in 2002 and his daughter, Margeaux was born in 2005. She also wrote a book called ‘Belonging: A Daughter’s Search for Identity Through Love and Loss’ in 2023.
