Kacy Catanzaro aka Katana Chance recently competed in a fatal four-way tag team elimination match where she and Kayden Carter eliminated Toxic Attraction to become the new NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion.
Ever since Kacy changed her ring name to Katana things are going pretty well for her. She became a champion for the first time and even in her personal life also she is in a happy space with her partner. But who is WWE Superstar Katana Chance dating? Let us find out.
Who is Katana Chance?
Kacy Esther Catanzaro is an American professional wrestler, gymnast and athletics-based television personality. She is currently signed to WWE NXT 2.0 and is the new NXT Women’s Tag team Champion with Kayden Carter.
She started gymnastics at the age of 5 and it certainly shows when she is in the ring. At Towson University in Maryland, Chance was a Division I gymnast.
In the 2008 New Jersey Level 10 State Championships, she stood third and advanced to the 2008 Junior Olympic National Championships where she finished 23rd overall but finished 6th on the balance beam.
Kacy competed in the television sports show American Ninja Warrior and became the first woman to complete a City Qualifiers course & the first woman to complete a City Finals course.
Since 2013, Chance has worked at an obstacle course gym in San Antonio, Texas, called Alpha Warrior where she is a managing partner alongside Brent Steffensen.
Catanzaro made her WWE debut back in 2018 under her original name. However a few months back her name changed to Katana Chance. Chance said that the new name and character will bring more energy to NXT from hereon.
Back when she joined WWE, she was dating WWE superstar Ricochet their relationship went on for a few years before breaking up in 2021.
Who is Katana Chance dating?
Following her breakup with Ricochet, Katana started dating CF-L1 trainer, UFC Alumni Naoufal Abouelhouda. Last December the 32-year-old shared a video on her Instagram revealed about her relationship.
A few days later, Chance shared a few other photos with Abouelhouda, celebrating the new year and disclosing that they have been together for a year.
“Thank you for you @naoufal_a 🥰.. and thank you for the best year ❤️,” she wrote in the caption.
Naoufal is also a business associate according to his Instagram profile.
