The unfortunate incident took place at the exit of Raidillon, right before the Kemmel straight, resulting in a multi-car collision that involved several other drivers, including Joshua Dufek, Emerson Fittipaldi Jr., Adam Fitzgerald, and Enzo Scionti.

Tragically, Van ‘t Hoff lost control while entering the Kemmel straight and was struck on the side of his car by Fitzgerald.
