Chan Sung Jung, AKA, The Korean Zombie is one of the most popular UFC stars but does he have a wife?
Chan Sung Jung might not have been a UFC champion but the South Korean remains extremely popular in the world of MMA.
The Korean Zombie nickname has stuck for quite a while, and his all-out attack fighting style with little to no regard for getting hit has won him millions of fans across the world.
TKZ is a former kickboxer and his current UFC record stands at 17 wins and 7 losses. While The Korean Zombie is a popular character, there is very little known about his personal life.
The South Korean is married to his long-time girlfriend, Park Sun Young, and the pair tied the knot in 2014. TKZ just posted an image on social media back in 2014, confirming he was getting married the next day.
Furthermore, the pair are also blessed with two daughters and a son. The daughters are named Jung Eun Seo and Jung Min Seo, while there is little to no information regarding the name of their son.
There is nothing more known about the married couple, however, Jung’s wife has been seen in some UFC videos after her husband’s fights.
Who is The Korean Zombie fighting next?
The 36-year-old last fought at UFC 273 in 2022. He was up against the champion, Alexander Volkanovski but came up short in his quest to finally become the UFC Champion.
Volkanovski, the reigning Featherweight Champion, easily dismantled The Korean Zombie and the fight was stopped in the fourth round after 45 seconds.
TKZ will be back in action on 26 August 2023 on a special Fight Night card. He will be taking on former Champion Max Holloway in the main event which will be held in Singapore.
This will be the first time Holloway and TKZ meet in the UFC Octagon, and this should be a banger of a fight.
There were some concerns that TKZ had retired after his loss to Volkanovski, however, that seems to be a thing of the past.
The Korean Zombie has the chance to put on a show on Saturday, and it will be interesting to see how this fight goes.
