Doig can be one for the future at Chelsea

Given Chelsea spent a staggering amount in the summer window, bringing in a bevvy of players, it really doesn’t look like Tuchel needs more signings. The likes of Timo Werner, Kai Havertz, Hakim Ziyech and Ben Chilwell all arrived for big money. That has left new Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel with an oversized squad at this point.

Nonetheless, Chelsea have a tendency to find the best possible young talents across the world and sign them. Josh Doig falls under the same category. The Scot came to the fore this season with his exploits in defence for Hibs. Despite his young age, he has shown immense ability with his contributions from the left side of defence.
