When Kokomi originally debuted, she was met with a lot of skepticism by the community. The Electro Archon is a difficult character to follow, but Kokomi has carved out a place for herself in the game. She’s a one-of-a-kind character who can provide both Hydro support and hybrid healing and damage.
Many players in the community have rated her as S-tier support because of her frequent hydro application and healing. This is due to how useful her kit is in the Spiral Abyss. Players have a fantastic opportunity to grab Sangonomiya Kokomi in her rerun banner right now. Here are the top five reasons why Genshin Impact players should get Sangonomiya Kokomi.
Excellent healer
Players can’t stress enough how important Kokomi’s healing abilities are. Depending on their maximum health, both elemental talents and elemental bursts can heal teammates. Her elemental power conjures out a water jellyfish-like creature that heals nearby active characters at specified intervals. When Kokomi uses her elemental burst to damage her opponents with normal or charged attacks, she heals everyone in the party.
Constant hydro application
Kokomi is one of the few characters with the ability to use hydro whether on or off the field. Being a catalyst user also allows her to use hydro on opponents all the time to trigger elemental reactions and deal tremendous reaction damage. Her elemental abilities also apply to hydro enemies at pre-determined intervals, allowing players to time their reactions in order to get those big damage figures.

Kokomi is a versatile unit in Genshin Impact since she can heal allies and apply hydro to enemies at the same time. Players can be used on a variety of teams. The majority of players employ her in a variety of meta-teams, including Electro-Charged, Freeze, and Vaporize. She also has her own “Sukokomon” team, which consists of Kokomi, Fischl, Xiangling, and Sucrose.
No need to farm Artifacts
Sangonomiya’s one-of-a-kind kit makes her a breeze to build. Players should stack HP, Elemental Mastery, ATK percent, and Energy recharge on her because they don’t have to worry about crit rate or damage. She has two optimal artifact sets for Kokomi’s various playstyles. Players can farm a four-piece set called Tenacity of Milelith for more support builds. A four-piece set of Ocean-Hued Clam is available for a sub-DPS build. The majority of her weapon options are also free-to-play compatible.
Build a Pokemon Team
Kurage’s Oath, Kokomi’s Elemental Skill, gives her an unique playstyle. It summons a cute jellyfish that both damages and heals the troops in its immediate vicinity. The jellyfish’s adaptability can help Pyro and Cryo units, particularly those that attack from a distance like Yoimiya or Ganyu.
