Novak Djokovic made a blistering start to the campaign with convincing wins over Kwon Soon-woo, Thanasi Kokkinakis, and Miomir Kecmanovic in the first four rounds of Wimbledon 2022. He dropped his first set in the tournament against Tim van Rijthoven in the Round of 16. However, in the remaining three sets of that match, the defending champion did not give any chance to the Dutchman to get the ascendancy.

In the quarter-final, he had to fight hard after dropping the first two sets. The Serbian star did so with aplomb and eventually won the next three sets with ease to notch up a memorable win. The former no. 1 made it to his 11th semi-final.

Cameron Norrie

The British No. 1 Cameron Norrie has won the Delray Beach Open and the Lyon Open this year. The Australian Open campaign turned out to be a debacle for him as he bowed out in the first round. The French Open was still better as he reached the third round before losing to Karen Khachanov.

The campaign has been incredibly impressive for the 26-year-old. He reached the quarter-final stage for the first time in his career at the event after defeating American Tommy Paul in straight sets. In the quarter-final, he faced David Goffin from Belgium. Norrie lost two out of the first three sets but came back strongly to set up a clash with the legendary Djokovic.

Head to head: 1-0, in favor of Novak Djokovic.

Prediction: Novak Djokovic to win in four sets.
