1. Vince McMahon versus Pat McAfee match will be a “complete smoke and mirrors event”

According to the Wrestling Observer, the Vince McMahon vs. Pat McAfee match is going to be a “complete smoke and mirrors event“. WWE’s leaving no stones upturned in their quest to sell a lot more tickets than they have already. As per reports, WrestleMania 38 will be having more than 100000 spectators on each night as of now. Vince McMahon’s news of returning to the ring will surely shock everyone and more people will tune in. The problem though, is that Mr. McMahon is not going to wrestle if reports are to be believed. Austin Theory might step in on his behalf.

2. WWE and Mattel have a new toy coming out soon.

We saw Kofi Kingston gifting Big E a four-wheeler recently on his birthday. The two were enjoying a ride last week and as per Fightful Select, it is because WWE and Mattel have a new toy coming out soon. Kofi Kingston and Big E defeated “The Lethal Lovers” Los Lotharios last week on SmackDown in a riveting contest.

3. Asuka’s return delayed

PW Insider notes that Asuka was supposed to return this month but “there’s been nothing for her creatively.” Asuka was rumoured to be a surprise entrant in the Royal Rumble but it didn’t transpire that way.

4. Last minute change in tornado tag match

The six-man tornado tag team match at Revolution was changed, according to Fightful Select. The original match wasn’t planned to include Isiah Kassidy and Sammy Guevara but they weren’t given any specific reason for the change being made.

5. The Undertaker will have company in the Hall of Fame class of 2022

WrestleVotes claims The Undertaker going into the Hall of Fame as a solo inductee was under consideration but the plan has eventually fizzled out. Other names for this year’s class in addition to “The Phenom” are going to be announced soon.
