Former Hurt Business member reacts to Bobby Lashley lost title to Big E
Bobby Lashley was defeated by Big E after he cashed in his Money In The Bank contract. Lashley’s former The Hurt Business partner also did not leave this chance to take a dig at him. Alexander shared his reaction on twitter where he said:
Alexander is clearly making it known that if he had been there the situation could’ve been different. Lashley took on Randy Orton with the WWE Championship on the line.
Lashley managed to beat Orton but Big E took advantage of Lashley’s fatigue from the match and cashed in his Money In The Bank briefcase. Big E’s victory was also appreciated by the fans. It can be said that Lashley will definitely get an opportunity to win his title back but can he do it is the question to ask.
Why was Cedric Alexander fired from The Hurt Business?
Alexander became a part of The Hurt Business in September 2020. He attacked his own teammates to join the group which also marked his character’s turn to heel. Alexander and Shelton Benjamin won the Raw Tag Team championship only to lose it to New Day.
Because of this Lashley got instigated and lashed out at them. Later they went on to lose to Drew McIntyre which banned them from the ring side of Lashley vs McIntyre. Lashley later attacked Alexander and also Benjamin which led to the duo eventually getting kicked out of The Hurt Business involving Lashley and MVP.
Alexander and Benjamin formed a duo of their own but because of the consecutive losses Alexander ended his partnership with Benjamin.
