WWE recently shared the 2022 PPV calendar, including a two-day WrestleMania 38
This has happened for the first time that WWE has announced a full pay-per-view schedule for the following year. Additionally, it was confirmed WWE that WrestleMania 38 will be a two-night event at AT&T Stadium in Dallas.
And not only this, but several other WWE pay-per-view events have also even announced as Saturday shows. However, the May, June, and September events are still not known as of this writing, but a February and October show will be announced shortly.
WWE President and Chief Revenue Officer Nick Khan mentioned that WWE wanted to make sure fans had the schedule at the beginning only to make plans for next year.
He was quoted saying, (h/t Wrestling Inc.)
“Since returning to live events this past July, our fans have graciously expressed a tremendous appetite to attending WWE shows. As they begin to make plans for next year, we wanted to make sure that the 2022 schedule and locations of our pay-per-views were made available to them,”
Today, WWE announced most of their 2022 PPV schedule, including a two-day WrestleMania 38, SummerSlam at Nissan Stadium, and Survivor Series from the TD Garden in Boston.
It was also reported that WWE has plans to announce a UK PPV for September, which might be a piece of delightful news for all the WWE fans of the United Kingdom.
