WWE has finally lifted the suspension on Brock Lesnar
It was another action-packed night on the SmackDown on Friday and during the edition announcer, Kayla Braxton revealed that the indefinite suspension on Brock Lesnar had been lifted and he would be returning to the Blue brand once again next week.
This was the first Smackdown edition after the Survivor Series. After hearing the news Adam Pearce has his take on the same. Speaking after the news he said:
”Brock’s coming back next week, well, I’ll just be honest with you. As a WWE official, it would have been nice to have been clued into something that big. Now, I’m not going to argue with you or lie or denigrate Brock Lesnar in any way, he’s one of the biggest stars in our industry.”
“We all are aware of that. By the same token, Kayla, what he did was monumental, in a completely negative way. He put his hands on me, he put his hands on a cameraman. He put everybody at risk.”
He also continued and said that he is not happy with the decision at all and it sucks big time.
“I think it sucks! I think it sucks. So, I’m going to have to walk these halls and I’m going to have to stare Brock Lesnar in the eye and he’s going to look at me and know that I took a big chunk out of his wallet and sent him home.”
Back in October the ‘Beast Incarnate’ Brock Lesnar was handed a mammoth fine and indefinite suspension from wrestling.
The reason behind levying a huge fine on the former WWE Universal Champion along with a suspension was that he brutally attacked the referees and also destroyed the company property.
Pearce earlier that day also confirmed the news of Lesnar’s indefinite suspension.
The issue started when Roman Reigns started to instigate him and he lost his temper completely. He then beat the hell out of him and The Usos before referees tried to calm him down.
But by then he has lost his control and he attacked the officials as well.
