Aleister Black thanks one WWE member for being “a mentor” and having his back

Aleister Black was one of the big names recently released by WWE but he had some great words for one person

WWE decided to continue cutting down their roster and some of the names released came as a huge shock.

Aleister Black, Lana, Ruby Riott, Murphy, Santana Garrett and Braun Strowman were the names cut. The likes of Black, Lana and Strowman were in some sort of title scene until recently and this came as a huge shock.

Aleister Black turned heel by attacking Kevin Owens last year

Black, for his part, was away from TV since the WWE 2020 draft. He was brought back with a new gimmick and it seemed that WWE was finally going to unlock his potential on the main roster.

However, his release caught everyone off guard but Black had some great words to share regarding WWE and even Vince McMahon.

Black also had some great words to share for Paul Heyman. While Heyman is known as the Advocate and manager for Roman Reigns, he has done a lot of work behind the scenes on the creative front.

Heyman has worked with a lot of talent evolving their characters too and Black had a ton of praise for him.

Aleister Black thinking about AEW?

As expected, every single WWE star released has been linked with AEW and Black is no different. While Mick Foley wants Strowman to end up on AEW, Black was also asked about this but in another fashion.

A fan wanted Black to go the Jon Moxley route since now he could wrestle anyone he wanted. Black also brought up the former WWE star who is now one of the biggest names on AEW.

Moxley vs Black would be something and it will be interesting to see what is next for the former WWE star.

Black is considered as one of the best talents in wrestling and any promotion snapping him up will end up being the winner in all this.
