Alexa Bliss was not on this week’s WWE Monday Night RAW as she dealt with an emergency involving her pet pig, Larry Steve
This week’s WWE RAW had one notable absentee- Alexa Bliss. ‘Little Miss Bliss’ has made appearances on the Red brand with her doll Lilly.
And fans were looking forward to unearthing more secrets about the mysterious doll this week. But that was not to happen, with Bliss having a private emergency to deal with prior to the show.
She shared a post on her Instagram account that asked for vets that could help her pet pig, Larry, who was in distress.
The post has since been deleted. But a transcript of it found on WrestlingInc reads:
“Anyone know an emergency vet that will specifically treat pigs? Larry is very ill, can’t move or walk. In a lot of pain. His usual pig vet said she is not comfortable treating him in his current condition. Most vets are not comfortable treating pigs. If anyone knows of a pig vet please let me know.”
After the episode, a report by PWInsider (h/t WrestlingInc) emerged that Bliss was spotted backstage but was not included on the show. Later today, Bliss sadly revealed to the world that Larry Steve had passed away.
She still made an ‘appearance’ on the show nonetheless. An explosion near the ramp blinded Reginald, who was pestering the defending Women’s tag team champions throughout the match.
Natalya made the most of this distraction and the champs retained their title against Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler.
This explosion was similar to the one that took place last week where Reginald was blinded by the turnbuckle exploding. Just last week, Natalya and Tamina were on Bliss’ backstage segment.
But more important than anything right now is sparing a thought for Lexi Kauffman (AKA Alexa Bliss) who had to bear the loss of a loved one.
