Alexa Bliss is one of the most popular and talked-about superstars in WWE. Fans have been waiting with bated breath for her comeback to the squared circle.
While there are various advantages of social media, there are a few glaring negatives as well. Alexa revealed via her Twitter handle that she has been receiving many tweets that are not pleasant.
While Twitter and many more social media platforms allow fans to connect with their favorite superstars and follow their day-to-day activities, it also gives a few trollers and haters the chance to insult, abuse, and threaten them.
The former 5-time Women’s champion in WWE recently lashed out at the Twitter users who have sent her untoward messages.
The Goddess wrote on Twitter:
“On Twitter & I really hate that this needs to be said AGAIN – NO, you are not talking to me on any other social outlet, NO- you do not get DMs from a “personal acct” from me, NO – we are NOT dating, NO- I am not asking for $$ – & death threats 2 me & my fiancé are NOT OK”
Bliss’ fiance is an American musician named Ryan Frank Cabrera.
What plans does WWE have in line for Alexa Bliss?
Alexa was last seen in the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view last month in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Bliss underwent therapy sessions on RAW for a few weeks during the beginning of this year. She was on her way to recover from the troubled and mysterious days with Lily by her side. Her comeback at the Elimination Chamber PPV was quite underwhelming and fans suggested that there was no change in her gimmick even after those therapy sessions
Many fans have urged WWE to bring back Bliss’ Goddess persona. Bliss received all of her success in the ring under that persona. Her acting chops have been on full display since she became the tormented and twisted Alexa Bliss.
The 30-year-old recently subtly hinted that she might be returning to NXT to capture the NXT Women’s Championship which eluded her during her first run over there.
As far as WrestleMania 38 is concerned, Bliss is not on the card as yet and it’s highly unlikely that she would be slotted in for a match with less than a couple of weeks remaining.
Whether Bliss returns on the RAW after WrestleMania and starts a feud with someone or goes to NXT to capture gold, only time will tell. Whenever Bliss returns to in-ring competition, she should have something big in store.
She has had a tremendous amount of success in a relatively short span of time. Fans are behind her and it’s always a big plus for any wrestler.
