WWE superstar Andrade intends to help Charlotte after seeing her lose to Lacey Evans
Andrade mentioned on his Twitter account that he could be up for being in Charlotte Flair’s corner after her unjust loss against Lacey Evans.
Ric Flair turned heel after starting a romantic angle with Evans on this week’s Monday Night RAW. Charlotte, who thought her father was at home for the fight, was shocked to see him enter her match.
Not only that, the Nature Boy also played a major role in making his own daughter lose. Firstly, he put Evan’s foot on the bottom rope to save her from the pin.
Later, he tripped Charlotte and the prevented her from kicking out while Evans pinned her. After the bell, the former WWE wrestler left with the victor and the pair was spotted together backstage.
Andrade hints at helping Charlotte
This match left a lot of wrestling fans shocked despite being hinted towards a possibility of this happening last week when Evans kissed Ric Flair after beating the Queen.
And now, Charlotte’s fiancé Andrade hinted at offering her some company in the corner. The pair are, of course, a real-life couple and there have been rumours of WWE making their relationship known on the show.
From what it seems, it could be a ploy by WWE to use Charlotte’s fame and star-power to elevate Andrade within the promotion. It can prove to be a very good tactic to promote the Mexican.
Andrade signed a developmental contract with WWE in November 2015. Since then, he has impressed on occasions, winning the NXT Championship as well as the WWE United States Championship.
However, he has not been a prominent feature on the main roster since his SmackDown debut in May 2018. What WWE decides to do with and Charlotte on the show remains to be seen.
