WWE Superstar Austin Theory hints at a relationship with Vince McMahon
Austin Theory has recently been involved in some kind of storyline with WWE Chairmen Vince McMahon since he returned Cleopatra’s Egg.
Theory recently took to Twitter and posted a Star Wars image which is somewhat relatable to his current storyline with Vince McMahon. The picture shows Emperor Palpatine (aka Darth Sidious) with his protege, Anakin Skywalker (aka Darth Vader). Unfortunately, no other context was given, but it can be seen that he gave a comparison to himself and McMahon on last night’s WWE Raw.
The McMahon-Theory angle began after it was revealed that Theory was the one who stole Cleopatra’s $100 million golden egg from McMahon’s desk. It was further revealed that Austin Theory wanted to take a selfie with it at the WWE Survivor Series PPV.
Vince McMahon booked a title match for Austin Theory against WWE Champion Big E
After returning the egg, instead of Punishing Theory, McMahon liked what he saw in Theory and booked him for a title match against WWE Champion Big E, which was headlined last week on Raw where apparently Big E retained.
The storyline even continued on last night’s show with multiple segments in which one of them saw McMahon slapping the WWE Superstar near the end of the night.
It will be interesting to see where this McMahon-Theory storyline is heading towards. Since McMahon believes that Austin is an upcoming star for WWE and there is some building of bond between the two.
