WWE superstar Batista ran into inconvenience with Delta Air Lines and confronted them on social media
Batista was at WrestleMania Backlash to promote his movie which even led WWE to frame a whole match around it. But that’s a different story.
The PPV took place at the Thunderdome in Yuengling, Tampa. And after the PPV was over, Dave Bautista (AKA Batista) just wanted a hassle free flight back to Los Angeles.
The Hollywood star even bought two first class tickets so that his giant frame does not inconvenience anyone. However, he ran into a pretty big issue after the flight landed.
He took to Twitter to tag the Air Lines’ social media handle and mention that one of his two checked-in bags did not reach back to him. His tweet read:
“. @Delta got a question for ya! Say a guy gets a direct flight from TPA to LAX. He buys not 1 but 2 first class seats just so nobody will be upset by his elbows hitting them. He checks in 1 and 1/2 hours early with two bags. One bag makes it. One doesn’t! [Confused emoji] Question is….WTF?!!”
The Air Lines promptly apologized on their Twitter handle and assured Bautista that the matter was being looked into.
The WWE star then replied to their tweet saying that the whole thing has happened already so there is no way they can now help him.
He said that he just wanted to know how the whole situation happened in the first place, considering he paid to have the yellow ‘priority tags’ on them as well.
Delta are yet to respond to that message. But as of now, it seems that Dave has been reunited with his second bag and the only thing lost here was some of his time.
Well, it looks like air lines all over the country would now be on their toes when they see the name Dave Bautista boarding one of their flights, that’s for sure.
