WWE Superstar Bayley mocks Cesaro after his head bust open during MITB qualifying match
WWE SmackDown Superstar Bayley saw the funny side of things with Cesaro, after his match on SmackDown. He faced Seth Rollins in a MITB qualifying match, but was unable to win the bout.
Bayley retweeted a photo of Cesaro, sarcastically saying that he deserved the added attack during the match. The rivalry between Cesaro and Rollins has gone on for months, but looks set to come to an end.
Rollins moves to the Money in the Bank ladder match, with 7 other participants, while Cesaro had to go to the treatment table, where he spotted Bayley. Cesaro will get back and move on to another storyline after Money in the Bank. He has been a prominent member on Friday Night SmackDown.
The SmackDown Savior Seth Rollins finally redeemed himself when he scored a victory over The Swiss Superman at WWE Hell in a Cell.
Bayley was in a championship clash against Bianca Belair, but now suffered an injury and will be out for nine months.
The loss of Bayley will be a huge blow to the division as the rivalry with Belair seemed to be building up some steam.
What happened to Bayley?
Bayley was scheduled to face Bianca Belair in an ‘I Quit’ match for the SmackDown Women’s Championship at Money in the Bank. WWE have confirmed that Bayley will be out of action for up to nine months after a possible ACL tear.
Bayley will now be replaced with another opponent at the PPV, and will be out for the remainder of the year. It is unfortunate news for someone who has had one of her best runs in WWE, since turning heel. Belair will be waiting for a new challenger as Bayley sits out a long term injury.
