Tyler Breeze was released along with several others as a part of the latest WWE roster cut
WWE were back again with their roster cuts. The promotion released a number of superstars yesterday, notably Tyler Breeze, Fandango, The Bollywood Boyz and others.
Earlier this month, they had released big names like Braun Strowman, Lana and Aleister Black.
Following Breeze’s release, WWE SmackDown superstar Bayley posted an emotional message on Twitter.
She explained how much of a help Breeze has been in her WWE career as well as in life. Bayley also shared an image of her wrapped hands which bore the acronym WWBD and WWTD which stood for What would Breeze do and What would Tyler do.
Bayley’s tweet read:
“Breeze spent so much time teaching me things in the ring, watching my matches, little details, character work, (and later teaching me in LIFE) that I would literally write WHAT WOULD BREEZE DO on my wrist for my matches.”
Breeze had been a part of the WWE for almost 10 years. Having spent almost 4 years in the NXT he made his main roster debut in 2015, and embarked on a successful run with fellow superstar Fandango forming the alliance Breezango.
Alexa Bliss and Rhea Ripley react to the latest superstar releases
Following the recent release, RAW Superstar Alexa Bliss was left heart-broken. She had already been dejected due to the releases, earlier this month.
Taking to Twitter Bliss wrote: “Releases always hurt my heart.”
WWE RAW Women’s champion Rhea Ripley too was left shattered following the roster cut. She wrote: “I hate days like this,” with a heartbroken emoji.
