Becky Lynch has transitioned from the Irish Lass Kicker to Big Time Becks during her 8-year tenure in WWE so far.
Becky Lynch debuted in NXT eight years ago. She used to portray a happy-go-lucky gimmick who danced in the middle of her matches. Her first televised match was on 26 June 2014, when she defeated Summer Rae comprehensively.
Lynch has openly stated on a number of occasions that she did not like her initial gimmick. She tweeted on the occasion of her 8-year anniversary with WWE:
“8 years ago I had possibly the most shameful debut in NXT/ WWE history.
Today I have accomplished nearly everything I could have ever dreamed of.
And tonight I will main event like I always do at #wwehidalgo .
Where you’ve been doesn’t have to indicate where you’ll go.”
‘The Man’ is a 2-time RAW Women’s Champion and a 4-time SmackDown Women’s Champion. She has undoubtedly been one of the top performers day in and day out in WWE and deserves all the praises that come her way.
Becky Lynch is arguably the most popular female wrestler in WWE and has given the fans several moments to savor.
Big E has been sidelined with a broken neck after landing awkwardly from a belly-to-belly suplex delivered by Ridge Holland earlier in 2022.
The New Day member had some great things to say about the 35-year-old Becky Lynch. Big E quote retweeted the Irish star’s tweet and wrote:
“One of the most remarkable and incredibly kind people you could ever meet. Enjoy your anniversary, Bex.”
Big E and Lynch have been in WWE together for several years. From the tweet, it can easily be understood how much Big E respects Lynch not only as a competitor but also as a human being.
