WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion has been on a steam roll since her return at the WWE SummerSlam. Ever since coming back Becky Lynch has managed to restore the hype around her name.
Lynch made it publicly known that she is better than ever. The Man took to twitter to share a message boasting herself, where she said:
“Had a baby. Came back. Won the title. Shocked the world. Came back to the UK. Sold out arenas. The main event. Stole the show. Better than ever”
This comes right after she headlined most of the events in WWE’s recent UK tour. Lynch’s Women’s World Title match against Bianca Belair was the headliner in most of the events.
Lynch certainly feels that she is actually ‘The Man’ in WWE right now and rightfully so. Lynch has been a very influential character in the Women’s division and holds a strong following from the fans as well.
Lynch made a surprise return to the WWE SummerSlam where she defeated Bianca Belair in only 26 seconds to win the SmackDown Women’s championship. Her return was not even originally planned for the event. It was only fitting that the two faced off again at WWE’s next PPV.
So the match was made official, Becky Lynch will face Bianca Belair this weekend on WWE Extreme Rules PPV to defend her title. The Extreme Rules PPV is set for September 26th at the Nationwide Arena, Ohio. With Lynch promising to be better than ever will she defeat Belair again and retain the championship?
