Becky Lynch takes dig at Bianca Belair after SummerSlam clash
Becky Lynch recently responded to a tweet from WWE. In the Tweet she fired a shot at Bianca Belair who she beat in 26 seconds. Responding to the tweet the Man said:
“Don’t know what she’s smiling about. I beat her in 26 seconds.”
During this past week’s SmackDown Belair challenged Lynch to a re-match. To which Lynch responded by simply saying “NO” as seen in the video above.
Lynch made her surprising return at SummerSlam 2021 after 15 months of absence. The man returned to a thunder of applause by the fans at the arena. Lynch then took place of Sasha Banks who was supposed to face Belair for the SmackDown’s Women’s championship.
Lynch went on to beat Belair in just 26 seconds! Yes you heard it right JUST 26 SECONDS!
Becky Lynch vs Bianca Belair at WWE Extreme Rules
Even though initially Lynch declined the title rematch with Belair the rematch will take place at WWE Extreme Rules. Belair won the Fatal 4 way match this past week to earn a title shot. She defeated Carmella, Zelina Vega and Liv Morgan to earn this opportunity.
The title rematch between Lynch and Belair is the one of the best matches that has been announced so far for the WWE Extreme Rules PPV. The Extreme Rules PPV will take place on 26 September at Nationwide Arena, Ohio.
This promises to be an action packed match. The Man will look to repeat the heroics of their match at SummerSlam while Belair will look to upset the odds and get back her title.
