“No one on our roster acts like this” – Becky Lynch takes offence to Charlotte Flair bringing up gender in WWE dominance

Charlotte Flair claimed that gender was a reason why people weren’t all that happy with her dominance

WWE recently did a big tour of the UK with several live events. Covid-19 restrictions have been relaxed and this has led to some big events from WWE over the past few months.

Charlotte Flair, who is one of the biggest names in the business, is the current SmackDown Women’s Champion.

She was the Raw Women’s Champion but had to switch titles after the 2021 Draft. That was where a lot of heat was created between Charlotte and Becky Lynch.

Lynch is now the Raw Women’s Champion after switching titles with Charlotte, and the pair are to clash at Survivor Series 2021.

Charlotte spoke with BT Sport and brought up gender as to why people didn’t like her. She brought up how she wanted to dominate and be the champion again and again, and suggested that if a man wanted to do the same, no one would have complained.

There have been accusations that Charlotte is demanding backstage and is a little difficult to work with. She is still one of the greatest wrestlers ever, but still has to bat questions where people bring up her father and if that is one reason why she gets so many title shows.

Lynch has had her fair share of troubles with Charlotte and shot back at The Queen. The Man took offence to all that Charlotte said and claimed that no one on the roster spoke like this.

She also claimed Charlotte being a woman wasn’t the actual problem, hinting that this was an issue that The Queen thought existed.

“No one on our roster acts like this, man or woman. Gender ain’t the issue here.”

This was a shot at Charlotte’s character and it will be interesting to see what is next for the pair. Ric Flair also chimed in on this rivalry and the WWE legend suggested he could be off to Survivor Series to see his daughter in action.
