Becky Lynch discussed how she has been able to overcome body issues after child birth
WWE Superstar Becky Lynch gave birth to her and Seth Rollins’ daughter last year in December. And to the surprise of many Lynch was back in the WWE just eight months after giving birth and was in phenomenal shape.
In an interview with Muscle and Fitness Lynch was asked how she deals with her body issues. Lynch said:
“I just feel like I appreciate my body more. I go well, you know what? I’ve created a life. This is great, this is great.’ I don’t really care how it looks any more, you know what I mean? If that makes sense? I’ve always had body issues, and I was always self conscious about showing my stomach off. And now, I’m just real proud of the function of it, of everything it can do. So I don’t know if it’s a mental thing that just turns into a physical thing. If that makes any sense?”
Lynch reveals that she is now much more confident with her body than she was before and has started to appreciate it more.
Lynch was also asked about how she managed to keep herself in shape pre and post birth to which she said:
“So, I wonder if a lot of it is sleeping in my own bed every night, just because in WWE, we are on the go so much. We are on the road and we got to eat out, and so now, I get to sleep in my own bed. But you know, I stay in my own bed, and can cook. Do all of those things to live a healthier lifestyle that are more challenging on the road.”
The Man reveals that she was able to live a much healthier life during her time off. This allowed her to stay in shape as she was eating healthy and resting properly. It seems like it was a necessary break for the SmackDown Women’s champion. She has been able to overcome her body issues and also come back stronger mentally.
