Becky Lynch might have lost the Raw Women’s Championship to Bianca Belair at WrestleMania 38 but her star power has not decreased one bit. She still carries herself as one of the top wrestlers currently on the pro-wrestling circuit.
Rhea Ripley has been on a roll of late after turning heel. She turned on her tag team partner Liv Morgan after losing a match to Sasha Banks and Naomi for the Women’s Tag Team Championships, a few weeks ago on RAW.
At WrestleMania Backlash, the Nightmare put on a mask and pushed AJ Styles off the top rope during the latter’s match against Edge. This helped the WWE Hall of Famer to pick up the victory. Ripley revealed herself after the match and joined The Judgement Day in the process.
Becky Lynch posted an edited video showing Ripley and a squirrel turning their heads simultaneously to the camera with Ripley’s theme playing in the background.
Fans were taken by surprise as Lynch is usually very serious all the time but they had a good laugh. Ripley might not be taking it too kindly though.
Edge is the reason why Rhea Ripley betrayed Liv Morgan
This week on Raw, Edge, Rhea Ripley, and Damian Priest made their way to the ring to cut a promo.
During the segment, Edge revealed that he had a conversation with Ripley a few weeks back. He saw the potential in her and told her that Liv Morgan was the one holding her back.
Liv came out to the ring as she was scheduled to have a match with the former Raw Women’s Champion. Ripley dominated the match and made her former tag team partner tap out and continued the punishment even after the match ended.
Interesting times ahead for Rhea Ripley and The Judgement Day.
