Why did Becky Lynch not like being pregnant?
WWE SmackDown’s Women’s champion Becky Lynch was away from WWE for over a year before making her comeback at the SummerSlam PPV earlier this year.
Lynch had to take leave because of being pregnant and has recently opened up on her pregnancy. Lynch was recently on Out of Character by Ryan Satin, and was asked about her thoughts on being pregnant and whether she liked it or not.
The Man responded:
“No. Look, she’s the light of my life, the best thing that’s ever happened to me, but I was not one of those women that’s just like, ‘Oh, this is so amazing. I get to sit back and eat whatever!’ No. I love working. So, being away from the ring for that length of time was painful for me. It was really painful.”
Lynch seemingly did not enjoy her time off and was certainly missing being on the road with the WWE. She is not the one to not keep busy and is always working, that is why she claimed she did not like being pregnant. Even during her time off she continued to train and workout to keep her body fit for her return.
What is next for Becky Lynch?
Lynch is set to probably face her toughest challenge yet in WWE, she will take on Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair on the upcoming Crown Jewel PPV. It’s been several days since WWE announced this matchup and apparently Lynch did not agree for this.
WWE has since made the matchup official and Lynch will most certainly have to defend her title in a triple-threat match as scheduled.
