Beth Phoenix is not scared of any female superstar in WWE
WWE superstar, Beth Phoenix, has a documentary coming up. It is the latest instalment in the ‘Icons’ series where some of the most iconic WWE figures tell their life stories.
The WWE social media account shared a reminder of this earlier this week as the documentary is scheduled to stream live on Sunday on Peacock TV and WWE Network.
And they also asked the fans who they thought should face ‘Beth The Glamazon’ in a dream match. The list included many superstars such as Sasha Banks, Rhea Ripley, Charlotte Flair, Asuka, Alexa Bliss, and more.
Phoenix wasted no time in replying to the tweet herself and stated that she would be willing to take on all of them.
It’s good to see the 40-year-old still back her abilities, and with an iconic WrestleMania 35 appearance coming just 2 years back, we can’t really doubt her ability inside the ring.
Is Beth Phoenix still with WWE?
Not inside the ring, but she is an active commentator. Phoenix tried out for WWE in 2004 and never looked back.
That was until 2012, when she quit the show because she felt that the promotion was not investing in the women’s division.
Things must have improved at the company as she made a return just 5 years later. During this time, she joined her husband, Edge, as she was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.
Since then, she has been an active co-commentator for the women’s division. And currently, she is a full-time commentator on WWE NXT.
But this has not stopped her from making sporadic appearances inside the ring, and we hope that we still have the chance to see more of her inside the ring.
