WWE Superstar Big E recalls getting a particular text from Ric Flair
Current WWE Champion Big E has received a lot of praise from the wrestling industry. There is a list of a lot of names, including the WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair.
Big E recently appeared in an interview with the Ebro in the Morning (h/t Sescoops). He mentioned his big win against Bobby Lashley when he cashed in the Money in the Banks briefcase and won the title. Big E revealed that he got a text from the Nature Boy after that.
E mentioned that many people congratulated him, but getting a text from Flair was really at the top. Big E said it is surprising since Flair doesn’t have his number. He said that the Nature Boy has been really cool and dope.
“There were a bunch of people who reached out. Trying to think of everyone, Ric Flair, I got a Ric Flair text. I’ll always pop at getting a text from him.
“I don’t know how he has my number. I think he found it from someone else but having Ric Flair reach out.
“He’s always been calling me. He’s always been really cool. He was definitely one that was dope.”
Big E also talked about Xavier Woods winning the WWE Championship someday
WWE Champion was asked about his New Day stable member Xavier Woods winning the championship. He stated that Woods is very underrated, and he has got all the tools to win the title.
He also mentioned being a heel for a longer period of time and claimed that it was quite fun portraying, but since they do many charitable things outside of the arena, it becomes difficult for them to turn heel.
