Bobby Lashley keen on emulating NFL Star Tom Brady as he looks to carry on after the age of 40

Bobby Lashley is 5 years past 40. The former armed forces veteran is still on top in the WWE. In fact, he is the current WWE Champion, in his first reign. Even during his first stint with the promotion, he had not been the champ.

Bobby Lashley is the WWE Champion on Raw

He is currently a day away from his important title defense match against Kofi Kingston at the Money in The Bank 2021.

Going strong even well beyond 40, Lashley compared himself to Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady who is smashing records at the age of 43.

Comparing him with the ‘GOAT’, Lashley wrote:

“Age is clearly just a number. @TomBrady and I gonna keep this Champion lifestyle going until the wheels fall off…and by the looks of it, that’s not happening anytime soon!! 45 years young!! 👊🏾👊🏾 #AllMightyEra @WWE

Goldberg might return to WWE for a title match against Bobby Lashley

WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg might return to the promotion once again. The legendary wrestler is rumored to make a comeback at WWE SummerSlam and challenge Bobby Lashley for the WWE title.

The last time Goldberg was in the WWE, was at the Royal Rumble 2021, where he was defeated by Drew McIntyre.

The news was first broken by Fightful who claimed the same. It is also believed that he might make is first return-appearance at Monday Night RAW following the Money in the Bank 2021.

This might probably mean that, Lashley would keep his title against Kingston at MITB 2021, where he will be defending the title against the Ghanaian.
