Braun Strowman hinted he could be moving to Impact Wrestling and teased a new name too
Former WWE Champion Braun Strowman might be out of action since his release from the company but he has recently teased what his next move could be.
The Monster Among Men was one of the shock releases by WWE recently as they continued cutting the roster.
There were claims that this could have been a budget cut due to Strowman’s salary but still, he was one of the most dominant stars in WWE and releasing him opened the doors for other promotions.
“Remember in life if you’re gonna do something make sure you make a impact. Carve your name in stone!!! #Titan”
Strowman, however, hinted that Impact could be his next destination. He also teased that his new name could be Titan, which would be an appropriate name given Strowman’s size.
Impact also hint at Braun Strowman move
This isn’t the only hint at the former WWE star moving to Impact. While some would have expected AEW to be calling, Impact EVP Scott D’Amore on Twitch claimed that Impact is on the “Braun for Glory” route, which is a play on their Bound for Glory PPV (h/t Wrestling Inc).
Further, Wrestling Inc highlights that Strowman is to wrestle at Qatar Pro Wrestling’s SuperSlam 3 show which takes place in 2022 February.
Strowman would still have a 90-day non complete clause from WWE and can only perform once that lapses.
The former champion would also have to use a new name, and it will be interesting to see if Titan is the name he goes on with in the coming days.
