Braun Strowman whose real name is Adam Scherr, recently along with EC3 announced the formation of their own wrestling promotion named Control Your Narrative.
Strowman was nicknamed “The Monster Among Men” in WWE and had some brutal matches as a heel but that didn’t make him any less popular with the kids.
At WrestleMania 34, Strowman randomly chose a young fan in attendance named Nicholas as his partner for his match versus The Bar (Sheamus and Cesaro) which was for the RAW Tag Team Championship.
Later on, it was revealed that Nicholas was WWE referee John Cone’s son. Nicholas stood on the apron as Strowman single-handedly won his team the Tag Titles. This made 10-year-old Nicholas the youngest champion of any kind in WWE.
Recently, a fan posted a picture on Twitter where his little son was seen posing with Braun Strowman. This was during a fan interaction session in Tampa, Florida. Both of them sported a fist pump and the young lad looked chuffed to bits posing with the big man. The kid was holding a replica of the Universal Championship in one hand.
The fan whose son experienced a memorable moment appreciated Strowman for being “super cool” as he wrote:
“Adam was super cool to my kid in Tampa!”
Braun Strowman’s accomplishments in WWE
Braun Strowman had some great feuds with the top stars in the company. A few of his best rivalries were with current Universal Champion Roman Reigns, The Fiend, Brock Lesnar, and more.
Braun Strowman was a dominant force during his time in WWE. He would flip over trucks and ambulances for fun. His matches with Reigns were brutal and very close to the matches we used to see during the Attitude Era.
The 38-year-old is a former one-time WWE Universal Champion, as well as a one-time WWE Intercontinental Champion.
He won the WWE RAW Tag Team Championship on two occasions. Once with Nicholas as mentioned before and on another instance with Seth Rollins.
Other than these Titles, Strowman won the WWE Greatest Royal Rumble in 2018 at the King Abdullah International Stadium in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. 50 men competed in the Royal Rumble that Strowman won.
He is a one-time Money in the Bank winner and also won the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal winner in 2019.
