Bray Wyatt sends cryptic tweet about WWE return
Bray Wyatt has creeped the WWE Universe out with his alter ego, The Fiend. With his latest cryptic tweet, it seems that a return to WWE is likely soon.
Bray Wyatt tweeted a GIF of his ‘Firefly Funhouse’ version in which he can be seen laughing and gesturing in a funny but intimidating manner.
Wyatt has been out of action after his loss at WrestleMania 37 to Randy Orton. It was reported that he was missing from WWE due to mental health problems.
He redefined promos with absolutely horrific endings to close out events. Wyatt dominated wrestlers through his alter ego, The Fiend.
The angle where Alexa Bliss teamed up with The Fiend was scary and exciting to every WWE viewer. Wyatt also created a persona of being a host of a children’s show Firefly Fun House.
WWE announced that Summerslam will take place in front of a packed crowd on August 21. Wyatt’s return could be at this PPV, considering his past record.
Another possible route of a comeback could be against WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns. The Tribal Chief is the complete star on the blue brand, alongside Paul Heyman. The two have shared a pretty intense rivalry in the past. Roman Reigns made a comeback at Summerslam 2020 attacking The Fiend and Braun Strowman.
Alexa Bliss and The Fiend History
Alexa Bliss had a complete character change after teaming up with The Fiend. The pair created havoc on WWE Raw and attacked wrestlers backstage and in the ring. Bliss had a quiet but creepy misdemeanor which startled WWE fans. She eventually betrayed The Fiend at Wrestlemania 37 and gave Randy Orton the win.
Bliss recently made the introduction of Lily, a creepy sock puppet. She is feuding with Shayna Baszler and invited her to her Fun House. However, It will be interesting to see what the creative team plans for Bliss if Bray Wyatt makes a return.
