A legion of WWE fans have been anticipating the return of Bray Wyatt to the WWE
Over the last six months, Bray Wyatt’s appearances in the promotion have been sporadic. His last in-ring appearance was at WrestleMania 37, three months ago. He lost to Randy Orton that night after a brief distraction from Alexa Bliss.
It is believed that Wyatt was initially scheduled to win the match against Orton, but lost after a last-minute change of plans.
Wyatt was in his Fiend character that night. On the following episode of RAW, he returned to his Firefly Fun House persona. That was was the last time the world got to see Wyatt in the promotion.
Prior to WrestleMania 37, he was absent for a long time as well. Barring a brief appearance on the 21st of March, 2021, TLC 2020 had been his last appearance back then.
The WWE has often been criticized by various experts and journalists all around the world, for the poor handling of Bray Wyatt and his persona.
His sporadic appearances have also left his fans worried.
The latest update is that, there is no particular date for the return of Bray Wyatt.
It has been learned from Mike Johnson of the PW Insider that “it is not a creative issue” that has been causing the delay.
Johnson recently claimed:
““WWE sources have remained quiet about Wyatt’s circumstances beyond the idea that he’s being held off for a specific reason. The belief among some is that it’s not a creative issue.”
Fans will be hoping to see Wyatt back in action soon.
