Brock Lesnar saw off the last man standing, Austin Theory at the Elimination Chamber to get his hands on the WWE title, he then brought out the latter’s selfie celebration
It was Brock Lesnar all the way at the Elimination Chamber 2022 main event.
Early on in the match, ‘The Beast Incarnate’s road to the title became a tad smoother after Bobby Lashley (the champion) suffered a freak injury. Lashley who was inside the pod waiting was struck by Theory who was, in turn, slammed by Seth Rollins.
He was helped out of the chamber with the help of medics and officials and was put under concussion protocol, rendering him unable to compete in the match.
Lesnar, broke his way out of the pod, wreaked havoc, and in a matter of minutes eliminated Seth Rollins, Matt Riddle and AJ Styles.
The young Austin Theory was all alone in the cage with The Beast on the prowl.
Lesnar’s power was too much to handle for the young wrestler. A cheap shot couldn’t save him, instead, it angered Lesnar.
The final nail in the coffin came when Theory try to climb up the cage searching for a way out. Lesnar cornered him to one of the pods, and ruthlessly F5ed him from the top.
Brock Lesnar hits Austin Theory’s trademark celebration after the win
Austin Theory was almost motionless after falling victim to the F5 from the pod. Lesnar, then, dragged him to the center of the ring to eventually win via. pinfall.
Following his victory, ‘The Beast Incarnate’ brought out Theory’s trademark selfie celebration.
