New WWE Champion Brock Lesnar has a special message for Roman Reigns on RAW
Monday Night Raw Kicked off with the newly-crowned WWE Champion Brock Lesnar and sent a message to Universal Champion Roman Reigns.
“Get well soon, buddy!”
The Beast was scheduled to challenge Roman Reigns at WWE Day 1 this past Saturday, but Reigns was forced to miss the show as he got tested positive for COVID-19, and Lesnar was put in a Fatal-5 Way for the WWE title on Day 1.
During the opening segment of Raw, Lesnar gave a shout-out to his “good buddy” Reigns and wished him a speedy recovery. He also digs at the Tribal Chief by calling himself “a real Champion.”
“Before we get this party started, I would like to give a shout out to my good buddy Roman Reigns. He’s probably sitting at home, more likely tuned in to Monday Night RAW, tuned in to the new WWE Heavyweight Champion, the real champion, Brock Lesnar. Get Well soon, buddy!”
The Beast Incarnate, in a way, mocked Roman Reigns by asking the fans in attendance to acknowledge him. He also revealed that Paul Heyman is again back with Lesnar and how he pulled some strings to help him become the new WWE Champion on Day 1
“Now, South Carolina, acknowledge me. Also, I would like you to acknowledge my advocate for my free agency to pull all the strings on Saturday to help make me the WWE Champion. Paul, Thank You!”
The speculations around are that WrestleMania 38 will be a champion vs champion clash between The Tribal Chief and The Beast.
