During the Monday Night Raw, it was also announced that Lesnar will be one of the five challengers inside the Elimination Chamber who will challenge against WWE Champion Bobby Lashley.
According to CageMatch.net, Reigns and Lesnar have faced each other seven times with four one-on-one matches and three multi-man matches.
Lesnar and Roman Reigns’ most recent match-up came in the WWE Crown Jewel event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where The Tribal Chief got the better of Lesnar and retained his universal title.
Bobby Lashley won the match against Lesnar to win the WWE Championship, but the end saw Reigns interfere and hit Lesnar in the head with a Championship belt, which allowed Lashley to score the pin.
Reigns recently surpassed Brock Lesnar’s 503-day reign as the Universal Champion. He became the longest champion for this title. And also has the sixth-longest title reign in WWE history.
During the promo in the Monday Night Raw, the Beast mentioned that he wants the WrestleMania match to be a champion vs champion match, which will be the first of its kind so he would like to win the Elimination Chamber to become the WWE Champion again.
