Former WWE Champion Brock Lesnar to leave WWE after WrestleMania 38 loss to The Universal Champion Roman Reigns?
The Main Event of WrestleMania 38 saw WWE Champion Brock Lesnar take on The Universal Champion Roman Reigns in a Winner Takes All Unification Match.
However, The Beast Incarnate couldn’t get over the line as he lost his title to the Tribal Chief. Now that the storyline is over, fans are wondering if The Cowboy will quit WWE.
The Beast lost clean at The Shoes of the show, so it is quite common for the fans to think he will take a hiatus from WWE, but that’s certainly not the case this time.
According to a report from Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the Cowboy will appear at WrestleMania Backlash and Money in the Bank pay-per-view events in May and July.
So, it is pretty clear that The Beast Incarnate is not going anywhere and is here to stay for a longer time.
Roman Reigns defeats Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 38 to become the Undisputed Universal Champion
The Most Stupendous WrestleMania of all time ended with Roman Reigns defeating Brock Lesnar to become the Unified Champion of WWE in the main event of WrestleMania 38.
The Match started with Brock Lesnar in control, crashing Reigns to the turnbuckle. However, it was not for too long as Reigns came back stronger with some back to back spears targeting the ribs of The Beast.
Lesnar turned the Match for a time by taking The Tribal Chief on a trip to Suplex City. Reigns were about to give the Superman Punch, but he was caught by The Beast locking him for the Kimura Lock. However, with Heyman’s help, Reigns touched the rope to break the lock.
This lock might have dislocated his shoulder, but he eventually hit the spear again, putting his injury aside, and got the victory over The Beast at the AT&T Stadium in Dallas. He has now taken his reigns as the champion for more than 580+ days.
This WrestleMania edition was probably one of the best in recent times and will be in the fans’ minds for a long time now. Mainly because of some great matches, and the addition of Stone Cold Steve Austin returning was the cherry on top.
