Brock Lesnar is arguably one of the most fit and dangerous athletes in the world of combat sports. The Beast Incarnate has had one of the most descriptive careers in the entire industry. After starting out as an amateur wrestler, he tried his hands at professional wrestling, then football. He also became a MMA fighter before switching back to pro wrestling.

After making his debut for WWE back in 2002, he asserted his dominance in the entire industry. Over the years, Lesnar has established himself as one of the toughest opponents inside the squared circle. His MMA and amateur wrestling-inspired move set are tough to mess with.

The 45-year-old comes from a varied sports background and has expertise in several sports. His signing in 2002 made a lot of noise, and his character work was extremely unique. After debuting as a freak of nature, Lesnar destroyed everything that stood in his path.

Brock Lesnar was hired by Jim Ross in WWE. During his latest podcast, Ross revealed the financial situation of Lesnar before he made the signing, and stated how Lesnar wanted to grow out of that. He stated they made a deal, that Brock Lesnar would not be signed until the end of the wrestling season.

Jim Ross further continued, “Brock wanted money right away in WWE. He was tired of being broke. I think he was probably getting tired of the camps and the training and the practices, being in school, the structured situation. That wasn’t his idea of a good time.”

What is the plan for Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley in the future in WWE?

Bobby Lashley faced Brock Lesnar at Crown Jewel 2022 in a losing effort. However, after the match, Lashley lost his cool and gave Lesnar the beating of his lifetime. Lashley’s heel turn was unexpected, and it helped develop his character further.

Bobby Lashley is currently involved in the mid-card feud against Rollins and Theory. During the latest episode of RAW, he was fired after causing havoc, but was later rehired. While Lesnar is rumored to face Gunther at WrestleMania 39, his feud against Lashley is still pending, since both of these stalwarts are currently tied 1-1, and the duo might face each other at Elimination Chamber 2023.
