Dave LaGreca believes Adam Cole is one of the biggest stars in WWE and even put him over Seth Rollins.

Cole is the reigning NXT Champion and is the leader of the Undisputed Era too. The leader of the UE is also the longest-reigning NXT Champion and many have spoken about how great he is.

LaGreca was on the Busted Open podcast with Mark Henry where they previewed TakeOver: In Your House.

Cole is to defend his title at the PPV and LaGreca believed there is a lot to come from him:

“No one in that group [Undisputed Era] could be the leader over Adam Cole. Because Cole is not only superior in the ring, on the microphone as a character and a personality.

“He is something very special and you are right about being the workhorse and being involved in everything because he is the champ.

“Adam Cole is somebody you can build the company around, I am sure Triple H understands the importance of Adam Cole to NXT.

“I think Adam Cole over Seth Rollins. I think Adam Cole personality-wise, character-wise and talent-wise, I give him an edge over Seth Rollins.”

LaGreca also highlighted the contract situation of Cole. There are reports of Cole’s WWE contract ending in the summer, and a big decision had to be taken.

Cole could be pushed up to one of the main brands, but the rest of the Undisputed Era should follow suit.

Further, LaGreca brought out the subject of Cole’s better half, Britt Baker. The Doctor is currently doing a great job as a heel on AEW, and that promotion has been doing a lot of great work in recent months.

LaGreca further went on to say that Cole was the greatest NXT Champion of all-time, and that is something given that Rollins is a former champion on the brand too.

The Monday Night Messiah has been killing it on Raw recently, but Cole moving up to Raw or SmackDown would be something great for WWE.
