Mark Henry had praised Charlotte Flair a lot in the previous podcast of the Busted Open show
Bully Ray took exception to comments made by Mark Henry on a previous Busted Open podcast.
Henry, along with co-host Dave LaGreca, suggested that Charlotte Flair was the best there women’s wrestler. The WWE Hall of Famer went on to say that Charlotte should be projected as a female version of Triple H. They also wanted Charlotte to fight for all the women’s belts.
However, Bully claimed that two other stars were just as good as Charlotte, and could do great too.
“Here is my problem, my problem wasn’t with you, my problem was with Dave.
“I tweeted and I agreed that Charlotte is my No.1 but I believe that if Sasha and Asuka were given the same opportunities that Charlotte has earned.
“If Asuka and Sasha got those opportunities also, I could make a case for those two women being the Queen of Queens and the King of Kings also.”
Bully then highlighted that LaGreca said that Charlotte was head and shoulders above the rest, but Henry didn’t back that up.
He didn’t want to throw shade on LaGreca or Charlotte but said that the Queen also has all the tools to do really well while backing Asuka to shine as well.
Bully added that Sasha was a close second to work-rate and suggested that Banks had more standout matches than Charlotte too.
“Charlotte No.1, been saying it for a long time, but Sasha and Asuka if given the opportunities could be nipping at her heels.”
Two stars that should shine
The two co-hosts also differed on who would shine between Bianca Belair and Rhea Ripley. Henry went with Ripley because she had done a lot of great work in recent years and is a former NXT Champion.
However, Bully picked Belair because he believed she had more of an ‘It’ factor compared to Ripley. Belair is currently on Raw alongside The Street Profits while Ripley is involved in a rivalry with Charlotte and Io Shirai on NXT.
