Candice LeRae is confident of becoming the new NXT Women’s Champion after TakeOver 31
The Poison Pixie, Candice LeRae, sent a huge message before her title clash at WWE NXT TakeOver 31.
She faces Io Shirai for the WWE NXT Women’s title and picked up a win on this week’s NXT. LeRae was teamed up with her husband, Johnny Gargano, and the pair took on Shirai and Damian Priest.
The Pixie had a role to play in this mixed tag match as she attacked Priest from behind and helped her husband win.
Gargano also faces Priest as he tries to win the NXT North American title, and the Disney fans shared some great lyrics from the movie Enchanted:

LeRae and Gargano are both huge Disney fans and got married in Disneyland in 2016. The Pixie claimed that the pair were going to win the titles and this was a spoiler not a prediction.
Ready to claim the gold?
LeRae has been excellent, alongside her husband, since the pair turned heel. While Gargano is a triple crown NXT Champion and is aiming to have gold around his waist again, the same cannot be said about LeRae.
The talented athlete has won titles in other promotions before she joined WWE. However, she is yet to win the NXT title since coming onto the brand.
This would be a great chance for the Pixie to show off how much she has improved over the months. It was a bit of a surprise when LeRae won the recent Battle Royal but she cannot be taken lightly.
Shirai might be the slight favourite coming into the match but LeRae will have the help of her husband as she aims for NXT gold.
