WWE star reacts to Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano segment
The Way stable member Candice LeRae reacts to his tag team member Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa’s ongoing rivalry. Last night on WWE NXT, as the people’s champion Ciampa was making his exit from the ring, Gargano interrupted him as they crossed paths and exchanged a few words.
LaRae took this to her Twitter and shared an emoji which might mean that here we go again as we might see another match up between champion Ciampa and Gargano.
There has been a lot of bouts between these two since breaking up as a DIY stable.
WWE NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano rivalry continues
Both Ciampa and Gargano performed as a tag team for WWE NXT and occasionally used to wrestle for AAW Wrestling and Pro Wrestling Guerrilla. The stable even went on to become the NXT Tag Team Champion.
But at NXT TakeOver: Chicago on May 20, 2017, Ciampa turned on Gargano, which led to them breaking up as a team, and since then, the two have had a relatively lengthy and acclaimed feud over 2017 and 2018 and even faced other for the NXT Championship.
Ciampa turned heel and attacked Gargano that disbanded the team. At NXT Take Over: Philadelphia Gargano was again assaulted by Ciampa from behind with a crutch.
Since then, they fought each other on many occasions, including a match at NXT TakeOver: New Orleans, Chicago, Brooklyn IV. Additionally, both of them have interrupted and attacked each other during rounds.
It would be interesting to see if we can again match these two as the fire is still on.
