Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair will create history as they main event WrestleMania 37 night one

The rumours had been doing the rounds for a while but it was finally confirmed on SmackDown.

Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair would be main eventing night one of WWE WrestleMania 37. This would be the second time a women’s match is the main event for a WrestleMania card. However, there was more to come as the pair created a lot of history.

This would be the first time two black stars would be main eventing the show, and WWE has done a great job of hyping up the clash.

Banks and Belair have done a lot of media regarding the clash too, and the congratulations keep flowing in.

Charlotte Flair, who has had her fair share of WrestleMania moments, isn’t participating this year. The Queen contracted Covid-19 and was taken off WWE. However, there were some rather weird accusations of WWE doctors claiming she was pregnant.

While that was cleared up, there is no chance, at least for now, of The Queen making a WrestleMania appearance.

However, she also seems to be happy for Banks and Belair and posted a few emojis that congratulated the pair.

Many laud Bianca Belair and Sasha Banks ahead of WrestleMania 37

Flair does have history with Banks and the two have been at war several times in the past. However, it is great to see The Queen supporting two really strong rivals.

Flair wasn’t the only one happy for the pair as several other WWE stars also lauded them for creating WrestleMania history.

This included Rhea Ripley, who will be battle Asuka for the Raw Women’s title at Mania as well. Banks and Belair have some pressure on their shoulders as they close night one of WrestleMania.

However, both of them have the quality and ability to put on a great show and that should be in the offering tomorrow.
