Charlotte Flair and Ric were both on Raw this week with the legend playing a big role in the main event
Ric Flair and Charlotte were present on Raw as this was the first show after WWE Backlash.
Charlotte isn’t holding any belts at the moment while the legend, Ric, was out to speak with Christian.
Christian came out to rebuke Randy Orton after the Viper beat Edge at Backlash. However, Orton challenged Christian to an unsanctioned match which was accepted later in the event.
Ric and the Big Show both spoke with Christian as they wanted him to change his decision. However, Captain Charisma was unrelenting and pressed on for the main event.
Ric came out to stop Christian one more time, however, he turned heel by giving a low blow to Edge’s best friend.
As Christian laid down, Orton hit a punt kick for the win but was remorseful of doing the deed.
Charlotte posted on Twitter regarding what her father had done. Ric is known as the ‘Dirtiest player in the game’ and he proved it once again, not to the surprise of his daughter:

Orton’s strange act
While Ric doing this was unexpected, but not totally out of character, Orton did something weird at the end.
As Christian was being taken away on a stretcher due to an injury, Orton offered to help Captain Charisma with the medics.
Orton used the punt kick to defeat Edge too at Backlash, and it will be interesting to see what happens next.
Edge picked up an injury and will be out for a while with a torn tricep. Orton still needs a top rival and Christian could be that guy if he makes a return.
Edge was expected to continue his feud against Orton at SummerSlam, but that won’t happen unless Edge makes a miraculous recovery.
